Cognitive & Executive functioning skills include performing tasks such as paying attention, planning, organizing, managing time, making decisions, starting and switching tasks, sequencing, retrieving words (and other memory-related tasks) and self-regulating thoughts and emotions. One or more of these fundamental skills can be compromised for various reasons, including having ADD or ADHD,  having received chemotherapy (i.e., experiencing "chemo brain") or having acquired a brain injury or a brain tumor to name a few. Therapy addresses relevant real-life circumstance while building skill sets with age-appropriate, guided practice. Therapy is offered both virtually and in-person.
